Prep School of the Year Award 2024

We are delighted to share that Heywood Prep has been shortlisted by ‘Independent School Parent’ for the ‘Prep School of the Year Award 2024’. This acknowledgement is a wonderful testament to the hard work and enthusiasm of our teachers, the efforts of our pupils, and the support from our parents and community. This nomination reflects our dedication to providing an outstanding education and a nurturing environment for all our pupils.

We are especially pleased to have our individualised learning programme recognised in this way. Every day, for 30 minutes, pupils move into small, mixed-year group classes to attend lessons that meet their specific needs, such as music theory, robotics, archaeology, sign language and working memory. Our small size enables us to offer this tailored approach that allows each child to reach their individual potential.
