Kitchen Chemistry Free Live Session with Head of Science, Camilla Evans

We’re delighted to be hosting an online Kitchen Chemistry session which is open to all, no matter where you live! Led by Heywood Prep’s Head of Science, Camilla Evans, children will have the opportunity to work along with Camilla to set up and carry out a whole range of exciting experiments using materials found in most households.

The activity will be suitable for primary aged children but the whole family may enjoy taking part! The class with last about an hour and children aged 7+ should be able to complete the work themselves without the help of an adult.
The session will be held on Zoom and a link to the call, together with a list of materials required, will be emailed to participants before the event.
