Next steps
Thank you for attending our Open Morning, we hope that it helped you get a sense of our happy school and provided an insight into the exciting learning opportunities your child would experience at Heywood Prep.
We hope the following lists of next steps will be helpful to you.
Step 1 – Register for a place
Following our Open Morning should you wish to register your child(ren) for a place at Heywood Prep we invite you to complete this registration form and pay the £50 registration fee using the bank details on the registration form. Once completed, please email the form to our Registrar, Mrs Harmon: admissions@heywoodprep.com.
Step 2 – Offer of a place
Upon receipt of the registration form and fee, subject to a satisfactory school report and academic reference (if applicable), Mrs Mitchell’s decision to offer a place will be immediate. Mrs Harmon will arrange to send the following documents through to you electronically:
- Offer Letter
- Terms & Conditions
- Medical Form
- Parental Acceptance Form (£500 deposit for Nursery to Year 6)
Step 3 – Acceptance
If you wish to accept the offer of a place we ask that you return the relevant documents and deposit. As soon as the forms and payment is submitted, your child’s place at Heywood Prep will have been secured. Mrs Harmon will confirm receipt with you electronically.
Further visits to the school
Before you register your child, if you would like to visit the school again, Mrs Mitchell warmly welcomes you to meet with her so that she may learn a little more about what you are looking for in a school and to give you a further insight into life at Heywood Prep. After your meeting, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a tailored tour of the school. To book your visit please email Mrs Harmon on admissions@heywoodprep.com.
