Last week all three Kindergarten classes enjoyed a trip to the Rowdey Cow near Devizes to learn about farming and harvest.
We were blessed with beautiful sunshine to enhance the wonderful setting. The children were fascinated to be able to watch ice cream being made and were able to choose their own toppings to add to their ice cream. Needless to say they needed no encouragement to sit down at the table to eat it!
The children loved exploring the outdoor area and seeing the calves, donkeys, Shetland ponies, goats, geese and a very large turkey! The play area was also a big hit with them all as was the trip there and back in the minibus!
