Format

• Y5 on The LOWER astro
• Y6 on the UPPER astro
• Both venues will start at 2.15pm at the earliest!
• Please send boys not teams. They may well play as a school group but they will also mix up with other schools.
• This is – as always- intended for players whose current ability/experience is at the bottom end of the scale.
• Y5 will essentially play a 4-a-side game ( no Goalkeepers)
• Y6 will essentially play a 5-a-side game – and we can have GKs or not within games (depending on whether anyone wants to play in goal)
• Every member of staff at each venue is asked to get involved with helping in whatever way is needed. Don’t wait to be asked!
• Last year we tried to let the children just play – even more than we might normally – without instruction and direction, just with encouragement.
• It is our intention to finish play around 3.30pm so that everyone can get away by 3.45pm
• We will have a simple tea afterwards.
