Y3 and Y4 events (separate but no separation by gender)

Meet 8.30am for 8.45 start in the pool

Swim = 3 lengths ( = 60 yards = 54m)

Run = approx 800m (NO transition)

Done by about 9.45am

Y5 and Y6 events (separate but no separation by gender)

Meet 9am for 9.15am start in the pool

Swim = 5 lengths ( = 100 yards =90m)

Run = approx 1200m (NO transition)

Done by about 10.15am
