Virtual Open Evening Schedule
A welcome from our Headmistress, Rebecca Mitchell
We have given you access to this web page prior to the event on Wednesday evening, to give you an opportunity to explore Heywood Prep via a selection of our school videos and publications (below).
The Open Evening will be run using Zoom and we would suggest downloading this application if you do not already have it on your device. We will be using the webinar function for Zoom which gives attendees anonymity, as such, it is not necessary for you to have a camera on the device you use.

The format of the evening will be as follows (times are approximate):
08:00 pm – Live welcome from the Headmistress, Rebecca Mitchell
08:10 pm – Virtual tour of the school
08:20 pm – Live Q&A webinar with the Headmistress, Head of Pre-Prep and Reception Teachers.
There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions through the ‘Q&A” function on Zoom.
The Open Evening will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend we will share the video with you.
