Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to our happy, successful team. The Marketing Coordinator will support and enhance the current very strong level of interest in the school.

Candidates are sought who can demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent marketing instincts, creative flair and strong attention to detail; and
  • A proactive ‘can do’ approach and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life.

The Marketing Coordinator is very much a hands-on role, with a focus on getting things done.

This is a part-time (20 hours per week), year-round, permanent post. Hours to be agreed. Flexible working may be possible, particularly during school holidays.

Admin Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to our happy, successful team. The postholder will, alongside the School Secretary, be responsible for the day to day running of the school office in addition to general administrative tasks.

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Highly organised, efficient and effective, with a positive attitude;
  • Excellent communicators with the ability to build relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues; and
  • Enthusiastic, caring and willing to contribute to all aspects of school life.

This is a part-time (24 hours per week), term-time only, permanent post. Working hours and pattern to be agreed, but please note that the finish time will be 6pm.

After School & Holiday Club Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic after school and holiday club assistant with a passion for working with children. In this role you will deliver a wide range of sessions including various sports, arts & crafts, outdoor adventure activities etc. Your primary role is to ensure that children are engaged and having fun in a safe and secure environment. While the individual will care for children across the school we are looking for someone to provide year-round continuity of provision for specifically our youngest pupils aged 2 to 5 years.

Hours are negotiable but are likely to be as follows:

  • After School Club: 2-3 hours per evening, 3 to 5 evenings per week, term-time only
  • Holiday Club: 8am to 6pm during school holiday (excluding 24th Dec to 2nd Jan)

Pay will be in the region of £9.05 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
